This was the first time that the format of only having the semifinals and finals of the King of the Ring tournament itself on the pay per view broadcast. Some guy named Stone Cold Steve Austin came out on top and during his coronation he uttered something about Austin 3:16 and some nonsense like that. It's a real shame nothing ever came of that.
