This was the first episode of Smackdown ever shown on UPN, and since it did so well, they decided to bring it back in the fall to be the regular programming that it has become. This show saw Edge and Christian speak for the first time ever in the WWF, and also saw the formation of the Corporate Ministry led by the Undertaker and Shane McMahon.
